PlantUptime ("we", "us", "our") operates plantuptimes.com — a website publishing industrial maintenance guides and engineering calculators. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under UK GDPR and similar applicable laws.

Automatically collected data
When you visit our website, our hosting provider's servers automatically log your IP address, the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and the date/time of your visit. This is standard web server log data required for security and performance monitoring. IP addresses are anonymised at the point of logging and are not associated with any individual.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how content is used. No cookies are used for tracking. No personally identifiable data is collected or sold to third parties.
Email enquiries
If you contact us via email, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your query. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. We do not share your contact details with any third party.
Calculators and tools
All calculations on this site are performed locally in your browser. No data you enter into our calculators is sent to our servers or stored.
